Woburn's Clubhouse facilities offer the same excellent standards as its three championship courses. Woburn is renowned for its warm and friendly atmosphere and the Clubhouse offers a relaxing setting. There is wifi access available throughout the building.

During winter the Clubhouse is open Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 6.00pm Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays: 7.00am to 5.00pm

The Professional Shop and Performance Centre are open from 7.00am to 5.00pm.

Masters Lounge

Named in recognition of golf's Major Winners who have also won a tournament at Woburn and whose photographs adorn the walls. These include Seve Ballesteros, Sir Nick Faldo, Sandy Lyle, Greg Norman, Justin Rose, Lee Trevino Ian Woosnam and Henrik Stenson.

The perfect place to sit and relax or to meet colleagues prior to or after a round of golf.

Bloomsbury Room

The Bloomsbury Room is open daily from 7.00am for breakfast. Lunch, light snacks and beverages are available throughout the day until 6.00pm (subject to business levels).

Our Head Chef, Antony Rae and his team offer a range of freshly prepared dishes to include some renowned Woburn Classics, including the Woburn Burger.

This room can be booked for private dining events from 7.00pm onwards for a maximum of 40 guests. There is a partitioning wall which screens the server area from view.

Bedford Suite

A versatile room which has the capacity for up to 220 people for dinner or alternatively can be divided into two separate rooms with a sound proof wall for smaller events. The air-conditioned Bedford Suite has technology to include an inbuilt sound system and large screen. It is adjacent to the Russell Bar and has direct access onto the terraced areas on either side of the building.

Russell and Howland Rooms

The Bedford Suite can be divided into two individual sound proof rooms, each with their own access. These rooms can accommodate up to 72 guests for dinner, receptions or meetings. Both the Russell and Howland Rooms are air-conditioned and have separate access to a terraced area, perfect for summer drinks receptions or barbecues. There are sound systems in both facilities and the Russell Room also has a large screen.

Hay Room and Study

Named after Woburn's first Club Professional, former Managing Director and BBC Commentator, the late Alex Hay. The walls are adorned with photographs and tributes to Alex recognising the huge contribution he made towards the success of Woburn Golf Club.

This room is perfect for boardroom style meetings for up to 28 delegates or can accommodate up to 32 for private dinners. It is situated on the first floor and has access to a balcony overlooking the putting green. There is also an adjacent study area which is a perfect breakout area for meetings or for welcoming guests.

Poulter Room

Named after Woburn's Touring Professional, Ian Poulter, this room is decorated with photographs and memorabilia in recognition of Ian's association with Woburn since 2003.

This room is perfect for small meetings of up to 12 delegates or private dinners for a maximum of 16 guests. It has a drop down screen for presentations and also has a television.

Masters and Russell Bar

Masters Bar

Overlooking the putting green and with access to the terrace, this is an informal golfers bar which is used by members and visiting golfers throughout the day.  

There is a warm and friendly atmosphere and in addition to beverage refreshments there is a bar food menu available daily from 12 noon to 6.00pm and evening bar food menu available daily from 6.00 to 8.00pm.

Russell Bar 

The Russell Bar is the perfect area for pre-lunch or dinner drinks when dining in the Bedford Suite, Russell or Howland Rooms or Hay Room. It is also an ideal area for welcoming and registration of golf day guests.
