Huw Pearson 

PGA Assistant Professional and Junior Participation Lead 

Huw turned professional in 2024 after gaining a First Class Honours Degree in International Business Management (with Professional Golf Studies) while studying and competing at Tournament Golf College.

Having played in high-level golf tournaments across Europe, Huw has developed a real passion for coaching and helping golfers of all ages improve their game. He completed his PGA Level 1 Qualification in August 2022 and is currently continuing his studies through the PGA Degree programme. He is also qualified in Golf Psychology, allowing him to support players not only Technically, but mentally and strategically on the golf course.

Huw delivers coaching to both adults and juniors, working with golfers of all abilities, from complete beginners taking up the game for the first time to experienced players looking to improve performance and consistency. His coaching style focuses on creating a positive learning environment, building confidence, and tailoring each lesson to the individual player’s goals and needs.

Alongside individual coaching, Huw runs and organises the Junior Academy programme, supports Here Come The Girls (HCTGs) coaching sessions, and carries out Golfing Clinics, helping to grow participation and enjoyment within the game.
